エストラジオール（Estradiol）の用途

エストラジオールは、エストロゲンの一種です。閉経後の症状（のぼせ、膣のかゆみ、ほてりまたは乾燥など）の治療、外陰部および膣萎縮の治療、および骨粗しょう症の予防に使われます。また、閉経後のエストロゲン補充治療、および乳がんの症状の緩和に使われることもあります。進行性前立腺がんの治療に使われています。

エストラジオールを使用することで、天然のエストロゲンを、エストロゲンが不足している女性に補充する働きがあります。 

Estradiol is used for:

Generic Estradiol is used to treat conditions due to menopause (eg, hot flashes;　Vaginal itching, burning, or dryness), treating vulval or Vaginal atrophy, and preventing osteoporosis (brittle bones). It is also used for estrogen replacement therapy after failure of the ovaries and to relieve the symptoms of breast cancer.

Treating advanced prostate cancer. It is also used to relieve symptoms of breast cancer.
